How do you select caregivers for each client and family?
Caregivers are selected for each client based on personalities, experience, location and interests. All of our clients have the opportunity to meet their caregiver prior to starting service.
Is Morning Glory Home Care a franchise?
No. Morning Glory Home Care is an independent and privately-owned, Minnesota based home care company. We believe that providing you with one point of contact lends peace of mind and you will always know when you call, you are talking with someone local who understands your unique needs.
Do we have to enter into a long term agreement?
No, we customize the care to meet your needs. Whether it is to provide hourly care, respite for you or another family member, post-surgical care or 24 live-in care, our services can be cancelled with 10 days’ notice.
How do I stay connected to the care my loved one receives?
Morning Glory Home Care provides a client portal for you to access via the web to view the schedule of care and to see the daily tasks that were performed. The best part of our system is that each caregiver leaves a detailed message at the conclusion of their shift describing the day along with tasks and activities that were performed.
What is the cost for using Morning Glory Home Care?
Fees are based on the level and frequency of care. During your initial complementary consult we will help you assess your
current care needs and develop a plan that fits your homecare budget. Typically the cost for services are privately paid. If you have a long term care insurance policy it may cover a portion or all of the costs. We can help you check with your insurance provider for specific benefit information.
